Not bad location downtown. Coffee shop right across the street! Kinda difficult to find parking, simply I lucked out every bit someone was leaving as I arrived. Property was clean, quiet, the beds and pillows were comfortable, the lady at the front end desk was very sweet and friendly.

The ane worker on site was not very friendly or helpful. My accuse through Travelocity was $105 simply I was charged $132. I brought that to her attention and she had no idea what to say or what to do. She said I had a $10 parking accuse and I didn't even take a automobile and so she took that off but Inwas yet overcharged and patently the person she called didn't know what to do because I was told I'd have to deal with it in the morning. I'1000 hoping my experience in the morning is better. Other than that the stay was great. New, clean property.

It took over an hour to cheque in. Their system was down. Front end desk lady was super nice and trying. Room had sheets on the bed, no blankets. Street noise is insanely loud, parking is a nightmare to discover and hard to practice if you have a truck. There is no pull up and check in archway. Had to bear baby and all our stuff effectually the building to get in. Entrance is not clearly marked.

When my husband and I was checking nosotros had issues since i didnt have enough on my card. The person checking us in said nosotros couldnt pay in greenbacks even though in that location was nothing proverb that at that place was no cash transactions. Tried paying with 2 different cards and she wouldnt even allow that. If y'all are a smoker i wouldn't stay here because you volition go a $500 fine for smoking on the property. No sign proverb that either. Room was nice and clean. The puddle was nice but i would say its a bit small. If you bring kids to the pool it will go loud since information technology does echo a lot. We had no problems with any of the staff except the one checking u.s. in.

The hotel said they never got my reservation and that Travelocity was to contact me to inform that they where fully booked. I was the fifth person in line that used Travelocity and was told our reservation wasn't in at that place system and they're fully booked and tin't stay. The hotel itself was sketchy with motorcar jackers exterior. Had to telephone call xi other hotels to notice somewhere else to stay since they didn't have our reservation was extremely stressful every bit we depended that this was a legit booked room and my two children needed to lay downwardly and be feed simply considering of this mistake they had to wait three hours for u.s. to find a hotel that also costed us $200 more dollars then what our original stay costed. Highly exercise not recommend to stay at this hotel or ever volume on Travelocity.
